As you can see from this shot of the Salt Lake City airport, winter has already arrived in some places. For us in San Lorenzo, it's almost here! The boiler at the convent died a few days ago after a 2 week death rattle. Everyone is doing their best thanks to Matt and Marie providing space heaters. Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the big day for the installation of the new pump...keep the old boiler in your prayers! Our annual Christmas Mass and dinner is tomorrow night so we're hoping for heat! It has been a busy year with trips to LA, NY, El Salvador, Jamaica, Cambodia, Portland, Seattle and more. Enjoy the remainder of Advent taking time to pray and reflect on your blessings. Spend at least twice the amount of time with friends, family, and God as you do at work and the mall and have a wonderful Christmas filled with the joy of the Christ child.
